I live in the UK ... Is it here yet ?!
Trust us .. we are just as excited as you for you to receive your Challenge Wellbeing products and that's why all orders are processed within 2 days of the order being placed. (Usually quicker!)
We only work with truly awesome delivery companies and know that they are doing their very best to get your goods to you safely and quickly!
Depending on demand, the order to delivery time can fluctuate, but we take pride in making sure you have your goods within 3 - 5 working days.
Occasionally, we amaze ourselves and manage to get the goods to you even earlier than this. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Packages are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days (excluding weekends) of making an order from our website.
Most orders arrive within 5 days of ordering, but please bear in mind that there may be issues that could result in your package being delayed.
What should I do if my package hasn't arrived yet?
Still not with you after 3 - 5 working days?
If your order has not yet arrived, please don't hesitate to contact us (Click Here) and we will look into it immediately.
We offer tracking on all of our packages and can check in with our delivery partners to see if it has arrived or if it is still in their care.
If you would like us to track a package, please provide us with the tracking number supplied to you from the shipping confirmation email and we will do the rest.
Alternatively, you can check the order in your account on our website and enter the tracking number on the "Track your order" page of the website to keep up to date with your order.
I don't live in the UK ...
Do you ship to my country? How much will it cost me?
Do you live outside of the UK? No problem ... We don't believe that distance should be a problem and can offer Worldwide Shipping with reasonable rates offered on application.
Simply send us an email enquiry (Click Here) and we will look into the current costs to get our goods across to you.
Please consider that shipping costs further afield can fluctuate greatly depending on whacky currency exchange rates, the price of oil and the number of pirates intercepting our goods!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Ooooh ... it's really tricky to be accurate with the time to deliver overseas, but what we will do is contact our delivery partners with your postal details and let you know as soon as possible how long it will take and how much it will cost.

What about possible custom fees?
Ah shucks .. we can't help you with this one!
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to accept responsibility for any custom fees, so you are best to check with your local customs office. You may be liable to pay them once your order has arrived at your country ... HOWEVER ... this very rarely happens and the large majority of our overseas clients receive their goods with zero glitches!
