On this page you will find exclusive video content designed to ensure you receive the full benefits from your Challenge Wellbeing products. Each product is coded as follows;

There are benefits to your body for every single exercise in the videos.  However, there is no one size fits all scenario when it comes to injury, tension and dysfunction. As human beings, we are all unique and therefore the techniques that work well for one, may not be of benefit for another!


Experimentation is key! Have a go at each of the videos in your own time, aiming to practice them frequently enough (Ideally daily) so that you will start to experience a positive impact.

As you work your way through the exercises, try to keep a note of how they made you feel.  The exercises have been specifically designed to move your body into positions it may not be used to.  It is perfectly normal to feel tight, awkward and often emotional whilst in the positions.  With increased practice the body will learn to release the tension and the tightness will reduce.

A good tip is to rate each exercise as you go.  Try scoring them out of 10 for reference, the ones you score the highest are most likely the exercises your body needs the most.  By regularly challenging yourself with those more tricky exercises the more long term benefits you will gain.  This will help to keep your body and mind feeling stress and tension free!
